Lucinda is a senior associate in the Corporate group. She advises companies on broad range of corporate matters, with a focus on structured real estate transactions and investments.
Lucinda has experience advising clients on a variety of corporate transactions, including private company acquisitions, joint ventures and complex shareholder arrangements, fundraisings, corporate reorganisations and general company law issues, as well as public company IPOs and secondary issues. She supports both UK and international clients and has worked across a number of sectors, including real estate, hotels, energy from waste, healthcare, technology and insurance.
