Matthew Swainston

Matthew guides clients through general commercial real estate investment and development work. He understands transactions from a client's perspective, and always brings a practical and commercial approach.

Matthew specialises in leading on complex and multi-faceted projects which enhance clients' assets and grow clients' portfolios. His wide variety of skills and ability to co-ordinate multi-disciplinary teams to drive through transactions is central to the service he offers.

He acts for investors, property companies, financial institutions, government bodies, banks, and occupational tenants. His client base is varied and he often acts for domestic or overseas investors as well as entrepreneurs on acquisitions, disposals and JV matters.

Matthew is a member of Revo and the Westminster Property Association. Additionally, he's recognised in both The Legal 500 and Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession.
