We have advised BentallGreenOak on the acquisition of a seven-asset strong logistics portfolio from Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing. The platform includes seven logistics assets, totalling 2.18m sq ft. Over 80% of the portfolio is let to tenants such as Sainsburys, British Gas, DSV and Clipper on core logistics parks including Magna Park, Lutterworth, D.I.R.F.T, Hams Hall and Warth Park.

InfraRed Capital Partners Limited on its GBP20m acquisition of a 105,000 sq ft (c. 9,755 m²) multi-let industrial estate. The estate is located in Sidcup, in the south east of Greater London. The acquisition marks the start of InfraRed’s recent GBP200m commitment to its Core+ urban logistics strategy and will aim to capture the increasing demand for warehousing space near large and growing metropolitan areas.
