Max Kempe

Max is a senior associate in the Disputes & Investigations team. He advises on a wide range of disputes, including general commercial, tech and product liability disputes, insolvency, fraud and regulatory investigations, insolvency and product liability disputes.

Max's focus on product liability means he regularly acts for manufacturers and importers in relation to complex, high value and multiparty claims. Max also advises and represents businesses involved in inquests, either as Interested Persons or merely as parties requested to provide information. Max acts for clients in a variety of sectors including life sciences, technology, consumer and retail and sport with a particular focus on the defence of clients both in claims and during an investigation process. Max has considerable litigation experience and has project management skills both in respect of the co-ordination of multi-party cross-border litigation and advisory/regulatory compliance.
