North American companies value Alex's expertise in the technology sector supporting their corporate investments and international expansion in Europe and Asia. He is Co-Head of Taylor Wessing’s US office in Silicon Valley, and coordinates our offering for North American clients.

Alex moved to the United States from Germany to provide our international clients with European, round-the-clock service. As a German qualified attorney and specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law, he will advise you on complex crossborder private M&A, joint venture, private equity and venture capital arrangements, in particular in the technology sector. He will also advise you on establishing a presence for your company in Germany and how to structure the growth of your business internationally, across Europe and Asia.
