Nick is an associate in the Technology, Intellectual Property & Information group. He advises across a broad spectrum of commercial technology, consumer, media and IP issues, with a particular specialism in copyright.
Nick advises on a wide range of commercial agreements and regulatory issues, with particular experience in digital content, advertising and promotions, sponsorship and talent agreements, consumer regulation and e-commerce, IT outsourcing, IP and software licensing, and artificial intelligence.
Having trained at Taylor Wessing, Nick gained experience in-house at global media company, Condé Nast, and on secondment at payments fintech ClearBank, before returning to Taylor Wessing.
