Charlotte Peach

Charlotte is an experienced IP solicitor, specialising in dispute resolution and litigation. She advises on contentious matters across the full spectrum of 'soft IP' rights and related issues.

Charlotte's cases range from pure IP disputes (including trade mark, passing off, copyright, design and database rights) to broader contract and commercial disputes. A key area of Charlotte's expertise is helping brand owners to tackle 'lookalike' products and enforce their rights whilst navigating complex multi-jurisdictional brand strategies. 

She has extensive experience advising on commercial and IP disputes from pre-action through to proceedings; leading on litigation in the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court, High Court and Court of Appeal, as well as having acted on contentious registry proceedings at the UKIPO and EUIPO. In doing so, Charlotte has advised some of the world’s leading brands. 

Beyond this, Charlotte has experience in a wide scope of advisory IP matters, advising clients across the full lifecycle of their IP rights, from creation through to protection and commercial exploitation.
