Laura is a counsel in the Employment department of Taylor Wessing in Paris.
She advises French and international clients on all labor aspects, both individual and collective and, in particular on issues relating to individual relations, reorganization (transfer of business, collective redundancies, negotiation of social, plans), collective labour law (employee representatives) in both advisory and litigation matter. She also represents all her clients before French Courts in all different aspects.
Laura recently assisted several groups on their carve-out projects in France. She also assisted an important European group with several companies in France on its total reorganization and manage all individual and collective aspects of the project.
Laura also advices and represents companies on all matters relating to social security law, Urssaf disputes and employee savings plans.
Laura is a member of the Paris Bar since November 2014. Before joining Taylor Wessing in 2021, Laura has worked for recognized French and international law firms in the employment area.
