He regularly advises companies ranging from early stage startups to publicly traded companies on a wide variety of corporate matters and transactions.

Prior to joining Taylor Wessing, Mahmood started his legal career as a venture capital and M&A attorney at a top Chambers ranked law firm in the Midwest, USA. During law school, he also served as a Law Clerk at Harley-Davidson Motor Company.
