Otto also specialises in public procurement law and will apply the best practices in that field to your selection process.
Otto’s primary expertise is technology – everything from technology transactions, negotiations and litigation to advising on new technologies and digitalisation. As data is a factor in most, if not all technology contracts, Otto specialises in data protection as well. He frequently advises clients on GDPR compliance, international data transfer and commercial use of personal data.
