Dr. Christian Traichel
Christian focuses his practice on corporate transactions and corporate law. As an experienced negotiator, he supervises complex national and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, and restructurings. His many years of experience are characterised by an issue-oriented and goal-oriented conduct of negotiations and project management.
He acts for leading national and international companies. In addition, Christian has extensive experience in supporting clients from North America, Japan, and France in their transactions in Germany. Christian is a member of the firm's partner council and has been a long-standing key contact partner between Taylor Wessing and the World Law Group, where he has been carrying out various functions for many years, including as president.
