Marc-Oliver advises listed companies, financial institutions and German and international investors on stock corporation and capital markets law as well as M&A transactions, including public takeovers.

Marc-Oliver is a frequently recommended lawyer, with profound experience gained from numerous IPOs, capital increases, bond issues, trade sales and joint ventures. He also regularly advises clients on matters relating to corporate governance. Marc-Oliver is also an author and lecturer on topics related to corporate law and capital markets law.
