Chao Xuan

Chao is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Practice Group with substantial experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, general corporate, commercial contracts and data protection. He specialises in advising foreign clients investing and doing business in China, as well as advising Chinese clients going abroad. Chao is qualified in the PRC. He advises clients in a broad range of sectors with a special focus on automotive and manufacturing industries.
