Dajin is a German qualified lawyer and a member of our Technology, Media & Communications sector group. She is based in the firm's US representative office in San Francisco.

Dajin advises international, in particular US based, companies in time zone on all aspects of European digital regulation including, data, privacy and AI regulation. She specializes in advising clients on implementing the requirements of the GDPR and sector-specific data protection laws, as well as supporting clients in navigating key pillars of EU digital regulation, such as the EU Data Act and the EU AI Act. She also assists her clients in regulatory proceedings before German and European regulators.

As a native Korean speaker with work experience with reputable Korean law firms and companies, Dajin also regularly advises on Korea-related inbound and outbound matters.

Over the past 10 years, we've built a trusted legal team in San Francisco, focused on technology, media and communciation, life sciences and healthcare, real estate, private wealth, and private equity.
