Nils specializes in technology, copyright, and competition law. He advises companies in the technology and automotive sectors on the implementation of AI technologies, digital compliance and product liability matters, including software licensing, the use of generative AI in software development, and the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts.
He represents clients in technology-related litigation, including disputes involving open-source software, as well as copyright and unfair competition matters.
Before to joining Taylor Wessing, Nils served as Head of Legal at a leading streetwear and sneaker retail company. In this role, he was responsible for advising on trademark, unfair competition, and copyright law, as well as distribution and commercial law matters, with a particular focus on licensing and marketing agreements.
