Ralf B. Tietz

Ralf is a Salary Partner of our Berlin office in the practice groups Corporate/M&A and Capital Markets. Since 2008 he has been advising investors and companies on national and international M&A transactions (including public takeovers) as well as on contract, corporate and capital markets law with a special focus on listed stock corporations.

Ralf also advises companies on compliance and corporate litigation matters. Ralf is admitted to practise law (Rechtsanwalt) in Germany and as an attorney-at-law in the state of New York (USA).
