Juliane advises service providers in the healthcare sector on all regulatory issues, particularly on questions of inpatient care by hospitals, the authorisation of medical care centres for outpatient care, outpatient care options in the healthcare sector, contract physician law and medical professional law. Juliane Dost is a member of the DAV's Medical Law Working Group and a member of the supervisory board of a hospital operator with several hospital sites in North Rhine-Westphalia.
