Dr. Oliver Klöck

Oliver advises on regulatory healthcare law. His clients include major service providers and investors in the healthcare sector - hospitals, operators of medical care centres, laboratory companies, private equity houses, nursing home operators - but also statutory health insurance companies.

His practice focuses on the licensing and financing of new facilities as well as large-volume transactions, cooperations, outsourcing and PPP projects. Oliver advises his clients in particular on hospital law, the law governing authorised physicians, the law governing medical professions and the law governing statutory health insurance. He also advises on cooperations and innovative business models in the fields of e-health and telemedicine.

The transaction volume in radiology in particular has risen significantly in recent years. With Radiologische Allianz in Hamburg, Sanecum acquired a majority stake in one of Germany's largest radiology networks (over 50 transactions to date). In addition, primarily regulatory advice in operational business.

NORD Holding, a leading private equity house, on the acquisition of the majority interest in Zentrum Gesundheit Group, a leading German group of ophthalmic surgery and diagnostic centres, from Waterland Private Equity. NORD Holding, together with the management and medical team, acquired a stake as a new partner and majority shareholder. In this deal the Taylor Wessing team again demonstrated its interdisciplinary expertise in the areas of healthcare M&A, regulatory and acquisition financing.
