Kathleen Munstermann-Senff

Kathleen is an expert in regulatory healthcare law.

She focuses on advising on the regulatory aspects of complex transactions in the healthcare sector, in particular on the establishment and acquisition of healthcare facilities such as medical practices, medical care centers (MVZ), outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation facilities as well as (private) clinics. This includes the structuring, management and implementation of regulatory application procedures and contract negotiations as well as the timing synchronization of approval procedures and acquisition process.

Kathleen Munstermann also advises on the strategic orientation, the development of innovative cooperation and care provision models as well as on the intersectoral linking of outpatient and inpatient medical service provision. In addition to the law of the Statuory Helath Insurance Scheme she advises on medical professional law as well as on issues of digitalization in the healthcare sector and compliance.

Another focus is on advising on care transactions (nursing homes, assisted living, care real estate, outpatient care, intensive care).
