Ercan, an associate in the Firm's Corporate Practice, primarily focuses his practice on representing corporate clients, financial institutions and investors in a variety of matters, including complex domestic and cross-border M&A-transactions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. Beyond that, Ercan advises clients on general corporate law matters.

Prior joining the Firm, Ercan gained practical experience at other renowned international law firms inter alia in Dubai, New York and Istanbul as well as at the Leibniz Institute for Financial Research SAFE in Frankfurt am Main.
