Armin has a particular focus on financing rounds, exits/buy-outs as well as the establishment and expansion of digital business models through company builders and corporate venture builders, especially in the areas of digitalization of services, DeepTech, AI, FinTech, Banking, Prop-Tech, real estate and e-commerce. In addition, he has proven expertise in complex M&A transactions and Joint Ventures and is particularly familiar with the legal support of consulting companies and their business activities.
