In addition, he has proven expertise in complex M&A transactions and Joint Ventures.

Armin is also particularly familiar with the establishment and expansion of consulting firms and their business activities (incl. complex shareholders’ agreements, international roll-out, etc.). He also frequently advises on the interface between Start-Ups and Corporates.
