Michiel Boer is a partner within our Corporate M&A team and specialises in corporate law with a focus on both national and international M&A transactions, including corporate real estate- and energy transactions. His practice covers private equity, project development, and energy-related investments.
Michiel acts as lead counsel on complex and high-value transactions, taking a hands-on role in all stages of the deal.
