Marnix Geraerts

Marnix advises on mergers and acquisitions, international expansion and private fundraisings. He acts for clients across a broad range of sectors but has a particular focus on the technology, energy, life sciences and leisure industries.

Marnix is a dealmaker pur sang, focusing on M&A, Venture Capital and Private Equity transactions. Since 2018, he has guided around 20 deals annually for various investors, scaleups and corporates.

In addition to traditional deals, Marnix is regularly active in emerging markets and involved in successful frontrunners in areas such as AI and Fintech. Clients regard him as sharp, efficient and innovative.
