Jasper is a partner in our Banking & Finance team. With extensive experience advising on complex international project finance, real estate finance and fund finance matters, He is recognised for his pragmatic approach and deep sector knowledge, acting as a strategic advisor to a diverse range of stakeholders in both domestic and international markets.
He supports clients including borrowers, lenders, servicers, landlords, and developers across a wide spectrum of financing transactions and complex legal matters within real estate finance. Jasper’s expertise encompasses transactional support as well as litigation, providing practical solutions tailored to the needs of each client.
Jasper holds extensive experience across secured, investment and development loans, including loan origination, syndications, loan-on-loan arrangements, bridge and mezzanine loans, as well as CMBS. His expertise further extends to sale-and-leaseback structures, securitisation, and portfolio acquisitions.
