He regularly advises borrowers, lenders, servicers, landlords, and developers on a diverse range of financing structures and intricate legal issues within different types of finance transactions. His practice spans the full lifecycle of transactions, from structuring to execution of transactions through to being involved as incumbent counsel, enabling him to deliver commercially focused and practical solutions tailored to each client’s objectives.
Jasper’s experience covers a comprehensive array of financing products, including secured, investment, acquisition and development loans. He is highly skilled in loan origination and syndication processes, as well as more complex arrangements such as loan-on-loan structures, bridge financing, and mezzanine facilities. In addition, he has significant expertise in capital markets transactions, including CMBS, as well as in sophisticated structures such as sale-and-leaseback arrangements, securitisations, and large-scale portfolio acquisitions.
