Kate advises on a range of claims in sectors including professional services, litigation funding and cryptocurrency and her work often includes a cross-border element. She has experience in the English High Court, regulatory proceedings and arbitration.

Kate is a member of the team's Fraud, Compliance and Investigations group. She also has a particular interest in the growing areas of ESG disputes and climate change litigation.
