Rosy is a senior associate in the Corporate Technology group. She has experience across a broad spectrum of corporate transactions, with a focus on advising technology and life sciences companies undertaking venture capital financings and M&A transactions.
Rosy advises clients ranging from founders running early-stage start-ups to sophisticated corporate entities and institutional investors navigating complex cross-border acquisitions.
