Lizzie is an investment funds lawyer with experience of all aspects of the establishment, structuring and operation of private equity funds across various strategies. Lizzie also has experience advising clients on the establishment of carried interest and co-investment vehicles.
During her career, Lizzie spent five years as General Counsel of a pan-European private equity firm based in London.
