Hauke is a specialist lawyer for banking and capital market law. Having also trained as a banker, he specialises in national and international banking and finance law. He has been advising lenders and borrowers on complex acquisition, project and corporate financing for almost 20 years.

A special focus of his practice is on real estate financing and financing in the field of renewable energies and infrastructure projects. In addition, Hauke is an expert in restructuring and reorganisation of financing structures.

Vestas Wind Systems on Project Agreements for the Offshore Wind Farm Baltic Eagle

Comprehensive legal advice to the Danish wind turbine manufacturer Vestas on the negotiations of the project agreements for the German offshore wind farm Baltic Eagle (476 MW).
