Rachel advises clients on all aspects of residential real estate including high-end sales and purchases, landlord and tenant matters, and refinancing. She also has a particular specialism in dealing with lease extension and collective enfranchisement matters under both the Leasehold Reform Act 1967 and the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993.

Rachel's clients are predominantly HNW UK and overseas individuals, family offices, private banks, and property developers and with support from the wider Private Wealth team. Rachel can ensure that these clients receive not only the required property advice but also any pertinent tax or estate planning information. Rachel also advises on the set up and sales of residential new build luxury developments.
