Dr. Janina Pochhammer

Janina heads the Projects & Infrastructure practice group. She advises national and international clients on infrastructure projects and large-scale industrial plant construction projects in Germany and abroad over their entire life cycle.

Whether mega yachts, offshore wind farms or production plants in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, Janina negotiates project agreements (in particular plant construction, supply and service agreements, EPC and EPCM contracts) on behalf of her clients, assists in the implementation of the projects in claims management and enforces her clients’ rights in litigation before state courts and in national and international arbitration proceedings (including ICC or DIS rules). In addition to Janina’s many years of experience and extensive knowledge of the industry, clients particularly value her pragmatic approach and negotiating skills.

Vestas on Project Agreements with RWE for Offshore Wind Project Nordseecluster A

Advice to Danish wind turbine manufacturer Vestas on the negotiations for the project agreements with RWE for the German offshore wind project Nordseecluster A. The agreements with RWE provide for the supply, delivery and commissioning of 44 wind turbines of the type V236-15.0 MW and include a 5-year service agreement followed by an operational support agreement.

Vestas Wind Systems on Project Agreements for the Offshore Wind Farm Baltic Eagle

Comprehensive legal advice to the Danish wind turbine manufacturer Vestas on the negotiations of the project agreements for the German offshore wind farm Baltic Eagle (476 MW). Subject of the agreements with Spanish utility Iberdrola is the supply and installation of 50 units of the wind turbine V174-9.5MV with a rotor blade diameter of 174 meters, including service and maintenance.
