Verena´s main areas of expertise are public commercial, procurement and EU state aid law. Verena advises clients e.g. public authorities and municipalities as well as public and private companies on the legal conception, preparation and implementation of procurement procedures (supply and services) and competitive procedures (concessions). She specialises in projects in the field of infrastructure and information technology with a focus on public institutions, IT, telecommunications, education and healthcare. Verena also represents clients in review proceedings and other (judicial) disputes.
