Malke Kristina is a member of the Practice Area Competition, EU & Trade. Her practice focuses on EU state aid law, general EU law, public procurement law and foreign trade law. She advises private companies as well as the public sector in the preparation and implementation of public procurement procedures. In addition, she advises on all questions of EU state aid law, general EU law and foreign trade law. Malke Kristina studied law at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf and Université de Cergy-Pontoise (France).
