Johannes Schaadt-Wambach, LL.M. (Prag)

Johannes specialises in EU state aid and public procurement law. As a member of the Regulatory Practice Area, he advises on the implementation of public-private partnerships and represents clients before the European Commission (particularly in state aid investigations, notifications and complaints) as well as before national and EU courts. His practice focuses on infrastructure projects (e.g. in the energy and healthcare sectors), finance, and aerospace & defence.

As a certified specialist in public procurement law, Johannes also represents clients in procurement review proceedings. He further advises public authorities on the preparation and execution of EU-wide tender procedures, particularly for complex IT procurements. In addition, he advises aviation authorities on tenders under the Ground Handling Services Regulation at nearly all major German airports.
