Carolin is a specialist lawyer for information technology law in the Technology, Media & Telecoms practice group. She provides comprehensive advice to national and international clients on digitization projects, particularly data protection, IT contracts, and technology law (e.g. GDPR, AI Act, NIS-2, Data Act). She has a proven track record in advising on data-driven projects in the healthcare sector. In this area, she assists clients with the development and implementation of innovative digital care models, products, and services at the intersection of artificial intelligence, data and cloud usage, medical device and social law regulations (e.g. EHDS, SGB).
Thanks to her many years of experience, Carolin routinely and solution-oriented supports clients from management, legal departments, business, and IT departments “at the right altitude.” She also has particular expertise in judicial and extrajudicial representation as well as negotiations with supervisory authorities.
