Stephanie Richter is a member of the Technology, Media & Telecoms practice group in Hamburg, advising companies with a strong focus on digital and data law.

She supports national and international clients in the compliant use, commercialization, and monetization of data, as well as in the design of data-driven business models and digital products. Her work covers both data protection issues and the contractual structuring of digital and data-based business relationships, particularly in relation to data access, data use, and cloud services. Another key focus of her practice lies at the intersection of data economy law with AI and cybersecurity.

Her expertise in data economy law is further reflected in her contributions to legal commentaries on relevant regulation (e.g., the EU Data Act).
