Torsten is the Head of our Budapest office. He advises clients from a broad range of industries on corporate and banking & finance law. He’s also recommended for his commercial and employment advice to national and international clients.

Torsten supports you with your corporate and banking & finance needs and provides specialist commercial as well as employment and pensions advice. He works with clients from a wide span of sectors, including consumer & retail, energy, finance, insurance, logistics & transport and technology, media & communications. His support expertise in corporate matters covers the full range of advice, including M&A transactions, syndicate agreements for startups, corporate restructurings and general corporate issues. As regards employment law, he and his team are especially focussed on finding the right solutions for their clients coming from the industries of tomorrow.
