Trish is our Head of Tax in Ireland. Both a solicitor and a chartered tax advisor, she provides advice across all tax heads on a broad range of commercial matters.
Her expertise covers M&A, cross-border restructurings and reorganisations, share schemes, banking, structured finance/debt capital markets, asset management and investment funds, VAT, real estate transactions and employment tax matters.
Trish is a member of many industry bodies. Her membership of these bodies provides her with the opportunity to discuss and address issues relating to the technical and practical application of Irish tax legislation with the Revenue Commissioners and other leading practitioners. This keeps her at the cutting edge of the ever changing corporate tax landscape.
