With a strong preference for litigation, Siedse has specialised in commercial litigation & dispute resolution. His focus is primarily on issues concerning distribution, commercial agency, franchise, sales agreements, commercial lease, and real estate. Siedse has an in-depth knowledge of Belgian procedural law and has litigation experience in all Belgian courts. He provides national and international clients with guidance in disputes, negotiations, and judicial proceedings, always with a pragmatic, honest, and client-oriented approach.
