New partner for our Dublin office

We have hired Ryan Ferry, a litigator from leading Irish firm Arthur Cox, as a new partner in our Dublin office. He joined us last week as Disputes & Investigations lead for the Republic of Ireland.

Ryan advises clients in complex commercial disputes, with particular expertise in contract disputes, shareholder oppression actions, fraud, and crisis, risk and reputation management. He also regularly advises clients on sanctions compliance and enforcement. With deep experience in the technology, life sciences, private wealth and real estate sectors, Ryan has an entrepreneurial client base including the CluneTech Group, Chanelle Pharma and J.Streicher. 

Since establishing a presence in the Republic of Ireland in 2021, we have built a broad offering encompassing corporate, banking and finance, real estate, technology, IP and data capabilities to support clients operating in the technology, life science and healthcare, real estate and private wealth sectors. Ryan's impressive skill set will augment and complement these capabilities.

Our Dublin office – which has recently relocated to new, expanded premises in Fitzwilliam Square – is now a thriving hub of legal expertise, with a team of dedicated professionals who have deep knowledge across a variety of sectors and practice areas, combining local expertise with the global strength of Taylor Wessing.

Our international Disputes & Investigations team includes more than 60 partners representing global businesses and high net worth individuals on the successful resolution of complex and high-value commercial disputes and investigations. Expanding our capability into Ireland reinforces our commitment to providing comprehensive support to businesses in all stages of their lifecycle.
