David has over 20 years of experience advising clients on domestic and international infrastructure and energy projects. Clients value his responsiveness and attention to detail.
A big focus of David's practice is project finance, including the UK's Private Finance Initiative and Public Private Partnerships, advising clients from the infrastructure, oil & gas, conventional and renewable energy sectors.
He advises clients on all sides of the procurement process including contracting authorities, sponsors, financial institutions, construction contractors and service providers. David advises on risk allocation, the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts, professional appointments, supply agreements, long term maintenance agreements and a variety of related documentation (including bonds, guarantees, direct agreements and warranties).
