Emma is the Co-Head of our Real Estate sector group. She advises on the funding of some of the most high profile properties and developments in central London and beyond.

Emma's experienced in all aspects of commercial real estate work and is an expert in real estate finance. She joined Taylor Wessing in 2006, and now acts for a wide range of funders and investors, including some of the UK's best known financial institutions.

Emma enjoys advising her clients across both traditional and alternative asset classes, from office, retail and logistics, to student accommodation and hotels. She's committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in the real estate sector.

With this loan LXi REIT will refinance a mixed-use, UK regional portfolio of commercial property assets, typically let on inflation-linked, long-term leases, providing a diversified, secure income profile, on behalf of Canada Life’s annuity business.

The disposal concludes an extremely successful investment for Rutland Fund II.Rutland first acquired Pizza Hut Restaurants UK (excluding the Delivery Business) in November 2012 from the global franchisor, Yum! Brands.
