Space: legal and industry frontiers

We look at the stratospheric rise of the space industry, and the related legal issues around intellectual property protection, AI, cyber security, and liability regimes as the law becomes increasingly unfit for purpose. We also look at attempts to address the legal challenges, particularly with the new EU Space Act proposal, and at what is needed both to promote commercial exploitation of space, and to protect us from any negative consequences.
