Stephanie is a senior associate in our Construction & Engineering team. She specialises in non-contentious construction and engineering projects across a number of sectors including housing and leisure, and regularly advises on building contracts (both industry and standard form and bespoke), pre-construction agreements, appointments, collateral warranties and third party rights, as well as security documents, such as performance bonds, payment bonds and guarantees. Stephanie acts for a wide range of clients, including employers. developers, contractors, funders and local authorities.
