Tandeep is head of our corporate finance and equity capital markets team in the UK. She has more than 25 years' experience in advising clients on all aspects of corporate finance and M&A activity.
Tandeep advises a wide range of clients, from blue chip corporates to technology start ups and high profile entrepreneurs, on all of their corporate and transactional requirements. Her clients come from a wide range of industry sectors including technology, financial services, hospitality and manufacturing.
Her work includes guiding corporate clients through public takeovers, equity issues and IPOs, company and business acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and reorganisations. She also advises on shareholder activism and the related regulatory framework.
Tandeep sits on the Technical Committee of the Corporate Finance Faculty of ICAEW.
