Jack specialises in M&A, venture capital, private equity, and corporate law. He advises a diverse range of clients, including domestic and international investment funds, sponsors, and founder-owned companies.

Jack is experienced in negotiating, structuring and executing complex transactions for clients across all stages of their life cycle. He represents clients in both buy-side and sell-side transactions, with a particular focus on private M&A and competitive bid processes.
