Tunç is a corporate lawyer in our Corporate Real Estate & Private Capital team. His practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, complex joint ventures and corporate finance transactions.

Although specialising in corporate and structured real estate transactions, Tunç has advised on a wide range of corporate matters in a variety of sectors for clients ranging from large corporates and private equity firms to start-ups and small businesses. He also has experience in fund establishment and secondary fund transactions. Tunç works cross-jurisdictionally on both UK and international matters.
