Roland Küppers is an IP specialist, representing national and international companies in patent infringement proceedings and coordinating cross-border litigation. In collaboration with patent attorneys and corporate patent departments, he advises on patent nullity, opposition and utility model cancellation proceedings.

Roland has gained his technical experience by working for companies in various industrial sectors, namely in the fields of telecommunications, electronics and optoelectronics, semiconductors, medical devices, chemistry as well as automotive and mechanical engineering. In addition, he manages competition law proceedings involving technical aspects.
