Nora Wessendorf is a patent litigator specialising in forensic advice of international and national corporations in patent infringement proceedings. As a member of the Patents Technology & Life Sciences practice area, she advises clients in the fields of automotive and mechanical engineering, telecommunications, electronics, medical technology, digital health applications as well as pharmaceuticals and chemistry.

She also advises clients on product launches and transactional matters, in particular licensing agreements, R&D agreements and in the context of corporate transactions. As a member of the New York State Bar Association, Nora Wessendorf is also familiar with the concerns of US-based clients involved in German litigation.
