Ralph Wood is a homegrown senior associate in our Construction & Engineering team, having joined Taylor Wessing as a trainee in 2017.

Ralph specialises in non-contentious construction matters, advising on construction legal documents and construction aspects of real estate transaction documents. Ralph has a passion for reuse projects, garnering significant experience from two large office redevelopments in Central London (with project values in excess of £150 million and £250 million respectively). Ralph's work in the Office sector is complemented by broad experience acting for clients in the Hospitality & Leisure, Living, and Logistics sectors.

Advised global investor EQT on a £1bn residential real estate joint venture, set to bring 3000 new rental homes to Greater London. The billion-sterling investment portfolio is being launched with residential property developer Sigma Capital.
